What we collect
Browsing this site requires no personal information and creates no account. We run no
analytics and set no tracking cookies. We receive information about you in three ways, each
started by you:
- Booking a call. Scheduling runs on Calendly. What you enter there (your name, email,
and anything you add to the booking) goes to Calendly and to us, and we use it to hold the call
and follow up. Calendly's own
privacy policy
applies to their handling of it.
- Emailing us. If you write to contact@verovisibility.ai, we keep the correspondence for as
long as we need it to work with you.
- Requesting a snapshot. The snapshot form sends the website and email you enter to us
so we can run and email back your result. Delivery runs through Formspree, our form processor.
We use these details only for your snapshot.
Third-party services this site uses
- Vercel hosts the site. Like any web host, it processes standard server logs, including
your IP address, to serve pages.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces. Loading them discloses your IP address to Google.
- Calendly provides the booking widget. Its scripts load on every page and may set Calendly's
own cookies when you open the scheduler.
- Formspree receives the snapshot form and forwards it to us by email. It processes only
what you submit, and only when you submit it. Formspree's own
privacy policy applies to their handling of it.
The client portal
The client portal login keeps its session in your own browser's storage and clears when the
browser session ends. The login page sends nothing about you to us.
How we use your information
To hold the calls you book, answer what you send, and deliver the work you engage us for. We
do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your choices
Email contact@verovisibility.ai to ask what we hold about you, or to have your booking details and correspondence
deleted.
Changes
If how this site handles information changes, this page changes with it, along with the
effective date above.
